Mustang, PVOTY, and Goodwood
Build of the Week
Chris has some amazing builds over at B is for Build. He does a lot of his builds from the ground up like the Yacht he’s working on now, or his old mustang build that got shut down for legal reasons (Gone in 60 Seconds if you know what I mean…).
Article of the Week
In a comparison of 21 different vehicles that included the Ferrari 296 GTB, Mustang Dark Horse, Porsche 911 Dakar, and even the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, the M2 came out on top. The 2024 BMW M2 comes in both a manual or automatic transmission with 453 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. The main decision makers for Motor Trend though were Styling, driving engagement, and value.
Fun Fact of the Week
Goodwood Festival of Speed was this past weekend and was filled with every drivetrain from full electric, to gas, hybrid, and even wind powered cars. This year’s event was themed “Horses to Hybrid” with a focus on alternative fuels. In all the commotion Subaru and Ford were competing for fastest hill climb. Here’s a list of some of the coolest cars there. I’m surprised the hydrogen powered Toyota Yaris track car was left off the list.
